When planning your next event, securing high-level entertainment is essential to create an unforgettable experience. From DJs and live bands to tribute acts and comedians, the right performers can elevate the atmosphere and keep your guests engaged. Additionally, we can source and book staging, dance floors, and sound and lighting setups to enhance your event further. Let us help you make your occasion truly spectacular!
When we work with you to book entertainment its much the same as when we work with clients to find the right venue. We'll have a quick meeting about what your looking for, event timeline, entertainment expectations, and budget. Then we'll search out a few options for you inside those parameters, and let you make the final selection of your entertainment.

Silver Jet Events payment for Entertainment Booking is 20% of any booked services or equipment up to the first $2,500 & 10% of services or equipment above $2,500. Your $200 retainer is deducted from your final payment. Booking fees are required at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Step One
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll have a free 30-minute meeting where we will discuss your event and entertainment needs in detail to get a full understanding of what you need taken care of; music style, timeline, technical requirements, power supply, noise bylaws, lighting, stage & dance floor.
We'll create a detailed event outline and a summary of your entertainment requirements for you to review, and add any other details we may have missed. Once we've got a full understanding of what you need, we require a $200 retainer to begin the search for entertainers to fill your needs.

Step Two
We search for entertainers available on the date of your event, who are inside your budget and offer the level of professionalism your event requires. We'll "short list" the top candidates, and present you with your best available options. If you have any recommended or requested service providers, we will look into them as well.
If your event requires any lighting, staging, dance floors, or event tents, we can source those as well.

Step Three
We'll meet to discuss the available options for your event and you'll make the final selection for your events entertainment and service providers.
To secure your bookings, we'll collect the deposits for your chosen entertainers along with our final payment for entertainment booking.
We'll still be your point of contact for anything related to the entertainment services you've booked, and can also be hired on as "Day Of Coordinators" to ensure a successful event for an hourly rate of $30 and a 4-hour minimum. Travel costs added on for events outside of the Victoria area.

Relax and have a great time! You've secured entertainment for you and your guests. Your event will be a success!
